Welcome to the lecture "Corporate Responsibility and Product Management: Competitive Advantages by Sustainable Product Strategies"!

This lecture explores how sustainable product strategies can create competitive advantages. A central focus is the key question, “What defines a sustainable product?” and how sustainability initiatives can enhance market positioning. Given the broad scope of the topic, various aspects of sustainability are addressed through different theoretical frameworks.
The theoretical concepts are illustrated with real-world challenges encountered by a Chief Sustainability Officer in his daily work. Each session comprises approximately 60% theory, 20% practical business examples, and 20% academic-level discussions to deepen understanding.
