Organizational Notes:

  • Kick-off session: October 2, 2024, 9:00-13:15 (online)
  • Self-study phase: Approximately 3 hours of asynchronous learning (videos, quizzes, texts) and development of a teaching concept
  • Final session: October 16, 2024, 9:00-12:30 (synchronous hybrid meeting) at the University of Bamberg. Participants can join either in person or online
  • Working language: English
  • Platform: Moodle (Virtual Campus)
  • Participants should have access to a computer with a stable internet connection for the online sessions and the asynchronous learning phase
  • In many situations we'll be using artificial intelligence applications as a set of tools to create learning environments. Therefore participants should have access to a Large Language Model (like claude.ai, chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com or copilot.microsoft.com with your university account). A free plan will do
  • For the final session, participants should bring their developed teaching concepts for discussion and practical application. Please also bring your laptop
