Description: Urban noise is both a problem and a chance for cities. While it reduces the life quality and can cause severe health issues or unhappiness due to sleep deprivation, it can be also used an indicator for flows of traffic or people. The goal of this project is the design and implementation of a system that provides privacay-aware noise collection, data visualization, and the configuration of noise-induced actions, e.g., ambient displays in party-ridden places.
All project participants also have the option to do a master's seminar along with this project. Details will be provided within the project.
