      Übertritt in die neue Ordnung eines Studiengangs

      Transition to the new regulations of a degree program

      Studierende folgender Studiengänge können bis 30. September 2026 in die neue Ordnung vom 24.09.2024 ihres Studiengangs gemäß StuFPO §41 Absatz 3 übertreten:

      • BSc Angewandte Informatik
      • BSc Informatik: Software System Science (Übertritt in BSc Informatik)
      • MSc Computing in the Humanities
      • MSc International Software System Science

      Im Antrag ist anzugeben, wenn einige der in der bisherigen Ordnung erbrachten Leistungen NICHT anerkannt werden sollen. Erfolgt keine Angabe, werden alle Leistungen anerkannt, die gemäß der neuen Ordnung anerkennbar sind.

      Wichtige Informationen zum Übertritt:

      • alle Studiengänge: Die Anzahl an Fachsemestern wird übernommen. Wenn Sie also im WS24/25 im z.B. 2. Fachsemester der alten Ordnung wären, starten Sie nach Übertritt in die neue Ordnung ebenfalls im 2. Fachsemester im WS24/25. Wirksamwerden des Übertritts: Die Wirksamkeit des Übertritts hängt ab vom Zeitpunkt Ihrer schriftlichen Erklärung. Wenn Sie die Übertrittsabsicht bis 30.10.2024 (tbc) erklären, wird der Übertritt noch zum WS24/25 vollzogen. Ansonsten gelten die selben Fristen der Studierendenkanzlei wie für einen Studiengangwechsel:  Beginn der Rückmeldefrist bis Einschreibeschluss des jeweiligen Semesters.
      • BSc Angewandte Informatik: Die Studienfortschrittskontrolle der neuen Ordnung gilt sofort nach Übertritt in die neue Ordnung. Der Prüfungsausschuss gewährt den Studierenden, die nach Übertritt im 3. Fachsemester sind und weniger als 18 ECTS erbracht haben, eine Nachfrist von einem Semester für das Erreichen der Ziele der Studienfortschrittskontrolle. Das Modul Inf-Ment-B wird anerkannt, wenn Leistungen im Mindestumfang von 18 ECTS anerkannt werden.
      • BSc Informatik: Für die Studienfortschrittskontrolle der neuen Ordnung werden die Fachsemester erst ab dem Übertritt gezählt. Sie haben also für die Erbringung der geforderten Leistungen die gleichen Voraussetzungen wie Neueinschreiber:innen. Das Modul Inf-Ment-B wird anerkannt, wenn Leistungen im Mindestumfang von 18 ECTS anerkannt werden.


      Je nach Vorliebe kann das deutsche oder das englische Formular zur Erklärung der Übertrittsabsicht genutzt werden, es ist nur eines der beiden Formulare auszufüllen.

      		            

      Students of the following degree programs can transfer to the new regulations of 24.09.2024 of their degree program according to StuFPO §41 paragraph 3 until 30 September 2026:

      • BSc Angewandte Informatik
      • BSc Informatik: Software System Science (Übertritt in BSc Informatik)
      • MSc Computing in the Humanities
      • MSc International Software System Science

      The application must indicate if some of the credits earned under the previous regulations are NOT to be recognized. If no information is provided, all credits that can be recognized under the new regulations will be recognized..

      Important information on transitions:

      • All degree programs: The number of semesters will be transferred. So if you were in the 2nd semester of the old regulations in WS24/25, for example, you will also start in the 2nd semester of WS24/25 after transferring to the new regulation.  Effective date of transfer: The effectiveness of the transfer depends on the date of your written declaration. If you declare your intention to transfer by 30.10.2024 (tbc), the transfer will be completed by WS24/25. Otherwise, the same deadlines of the Registrar's Office apply as for a change of degree program: start of the re-registration period until the registration deadline of the respective semester.
      • BSc Angewandte Informatik: The progress review of the new regulations applies immediately after transferring to the new regulations. The Examination Board grants students who are in the 3rd semester after transferring and have completed less than 18 ECTS a grace period of one semester to achieve the objectives of the progress review. The module Inf-Ment-B will be recognized if credits amounting to at least 18 ECTS are recognized.
      • BSc Informatik: For the progress review of the new regulations, only the semesters from the semester of transfer are counted. You therefore have the same prerequisites as new students for completing the required credits. The module Inf-Ment-B will be recognized if credits amounting to at least 18 ECTS are recognized.


      Depending on your preference, you can use either the German or the English form to declare your intention to transfer; only one of the two forms needs to be completed.

      Antrag auf Bearbeitungszeitverlängerung der Abschlussarbeit

       Application for a deadline extension for the submission of the thesis

      Die Bearbeitungszeit der Abschlussarbeit kann gemäß Allgemeiner Prüfungsordnung der Fakultät WIAI, §16 Abs 3

      • bei vorliegen triftiger Gründe um einen Monat verlängert werden.

      • im Falle einer ärztlich attestierten Erkrankung um höchstens sechs Wochen unterbrochen werden. (Bitte nutzen Sie immer das verlinkte Formular des Prüfungsamts für das Attest).

      • Im Falle einer mehr als 6-wöchigen Krankheit gilt die Ausgabe des Themas als nicht erfolgt.

      Für die Antragsstellung ist sowohl das Feedback-Formular (Angaben zu generellen und persönlichen Daten und Art des Antrags) als auch die Aufgabe (Texteingabe und Dateiabgabe) zu bearbeiten. Unvollständige Anträge können nicht bearbeitet werden.

      		            

      In accordance with the General Examination Regulations  of the Faculty of WIAI (APO), §16 para. 3 the deadline for the submission of the thesis can be

      • extended by one month if there are valid reasons.

      • suspended in the case of a medically certified illness by a maximum of six weeks. (Please always use the linked form of the examination office for the certificate).

      • In the case of an illness lasting more than six weeks, the thesis topic is considered not to be registered.

      For the application, both the feedback form (general and personal data and type of application) and the "Aufgabe" (letter and file submission) must be completed. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

      Die Höchststudiendauer kann gemäß Allgemeiner Prüfungsordnung der Fakultät WIAI, §20 Abs 2, verlängert werden, wenn sie aus nicht von der/dem Studierenden zu vertretenden Gründen überschritten wird. 

      Für die Antragsstellung ist sowohl das Feedback-Formular (Angaben zu generellen und persönlichen Daten) als auch die Aufgabe (Texteingabe und Dateiabgabe) zu bearbeiten. Unvollständige Anträge können nicht bearbeitet werden.
      		 The maximum duration of study can be extended in accordance with the General Examination Regulations of the Faculty of WIAI (APO), §20 para. 2, if it is exceeded for reasons for which the student is not responsible. 

      For the application, both the feedback form (genereal and personal data) and the "Aufgabe" (letter and file submission) must be completed. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

      Antrag auf Nachteilsausgleich

      		                

      Application for compensation for disadvantages
      Ein Nachteilsausgleich kann gemäß Allgemeiner Prüfungsordnung der Fakultät WIAI, §23, gewährt werden, wenn Behinderungen oder chronische Erkrankungen vorliegen, die mit prüfungsrelevanten Beeinträchtigungen verbunden sind.
      Sie sind durch ein ärztliches Zeugnis glaubhaft zu machen.

      Es wird empfohlen, sich vorab mit der Kontaktstelle für Studium und Behinderung in Verbindung zu setzen. Dort kann Ihnen unter anderem eine Stellungnahmen für Ihren Antrag auf Nachteilsausgleich ausgestellt werden.

      Für die Antragsstellung ist sowohl das Feedback-Formular (Angaben zu generellen und persönlichen Daten) als auch die Aufgabe (Texteingabe und Dateiabgabe) zu bearbeiten. Unvollständige Anträge können nicht bearbeitet werden.
      		 Compensation for disadvantages can be granted in accordance with the General Examination Regulations of the Faculty of WIAI, §23, if there are disabilities or chronic illnesses that are associated with impairments relevant to examinations.
      They must be substantiated by a medical certificate.

      We recommend to contact the office for students with disabilities (website in German) in advance. They can (among other things) issue a statement for your application for compensation for disadvantages.

      Der Prüfungsausschuss kann gemäß Allgemeiner Prüfungsordnung der Fakultät WIAI, §11 Abs 6 auf Antrag eine Nachfrist für die Studienfortschrittskontrolle gewähren, wenn die Ziele der Studienfortschrittskontrolle nicht innerhalb der Frist aus nicht von der/dem Studierenden zu vertretenden Gründen erreicht werden.

      Für die Antragsstellung ist sowohl das Feedback-Formular (Angaben zu generellen und persönlichen Daten) als auch die Aufgabe (Texteingabe und Dateiabgabe) zu bearbeiten. Unvollständige Anträge können nicht bearbeitet werden.
      		 In accordance with the General Examination Regulations of the Faculty of WIAI, Section 11 (6), the Examination Board may, upon application, grant a grace period for the progress review if the objectives of the progress review are not achieved within the deadline for reasons for which the student is not responsible.

      For the application, both the feedback form (general and personal data) and the "Aufgabe" (letter and file submission) must be completed. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

      [nur Masterstudiengang Angewandte Informatik] Antrag auf Einbringung eines Bachelormoduls

      Application to add a Bachelor's module

      Wenn Sie im Master AI ein Bachelormodul belegen möchten, können Sie dies hier beantragen.

      Der rechtliche Hintergrund zur Einbringung von Bachelormodulen im Master findet sich in StuFPO §40 Abs 2: 

      Module der Modulgruppen A2 und A3 des Bachelorstudiengangs Angewandte Informatik der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, in denen die notwendigen fachlichen Voraussetzungen für Module der Modulgruppen A1, A2, A4 und A6 des Masterstudienganges vermittelt werden, können im Umfang von bis zu 12 ECTS-Punkten in den Modulgruppen A1 und A2 gewählt werden. Module, die die jeweils notwendigen fachlichen Voraussetzungen vermitteln, sind im Modulhandbuch in der Rubrik „Empfohlene Vorkenntnisse“ aufgeführt. Weitere Module des Bachelorstudiengangs sind nach entsprechendem Antrag an den Prüfungsausschuss und bei Vorliegen der in Satz 1 genannten Voraussetzungen wählbar.

      		 If you would like to take a Bachelor's module in the AI Master's program, you can apply here.

      The legal background to the inclusion of Bachelor's modules in the Master's program can be found in StuFPO §40 para. 2:

      Modules from module groups A2 and A3 of the Bachelor's degree program in Applied Computer Science at the Otto-Friedrich University of Bamberg, in which the necessary technical prerequisites for modules from module groups A1, A2, A4 and A6 of the Master's degree program are taught, can be selected in module groups A1 and A2 to the extent of up to 12 ECTS credits. Modules that provide the necessary subject-specific prerequisites are listed in the module handbook under the heading “Recommended prior knowledge”. Other modules of the Bachelor's degree program can be selected after submitting a corresponding application to the Examination Board and if the requirements listed in sentence 1 are me within the deadline for reasons for which the student is not responsible.

    • Der Prüfungsauschussvorsitzende der WI/IISM/WipädWI ist der Zeichnungsberechtigte für die gesamte Fakultät hinsichtlich des BAföGs.       • Bitte richten Sie die Anfrage an den ServicedeskWI.
      • Bitte reichen Sie das Formblatt 5 immer mit vorausgefülltem Kopf ein.
      • Für Studierende in den Fächern WI/IISM/WipädWi entfällt die Vorlage eines Leistungsnachweises, weil das Servicedesk dies selbst in FlexNow einsehen kann.

    Das Modulhandbuch ist die konkretisierte "Umsetzung" der Studien- und Fachprüfungsordnung und listet alle Module, die in Ihrem Studiengang wählbar sind. Dieses wird jedes Semester aktualisiert.
