Wintersemester 2020/21

Every two weeks we discuss different cultural aspects, but also specific situations and experiences with Germany and the Germans, i.e. "What do I do if I develop a severe cold on Saturday?",  "I want to ride a bike. Where do I get one and what do I have to watch out for?" or “Why is the lady in the bakery so rude? Did I do something wrong?”.

In a relaxed atmosphere on Zoom this course thrives on the participation and involvement of the participants.

We start with historical and cultural facts about Bamberg and Franconia and collect what else is interesting for us, be it the University system in Germany or how to make friends with Germans.
